Up for sale is a patch designed by
Jay Lalewicz (TB-4476 a.k.a Starwarsarmboy) from Buffalo, New York to
honor his Dad in his fight with Lymphoma. Patrick Lalewicz battled for 17
years and has recently passed. The family has been dealing with mounting
bills.
We're hoping a patch sale can help make this time easier on the family.
Jay hoped to be able to give a patch to his Dad to show him that he is not
alone in his battle, but his passing did not allow for the opportunity.
Together, we hope to help find a cure.
Patches are $5 each including shipping in the United States. International
orders, please include an additional $2.70 for shipping. Please send all

There is no limit to the number of patches we will run.
